LEARN YOUR BODY Well look at me all lean & mean 😆 this throwback dates back when my dieting discipline was on 💯 and I gave my thighs a minimum of 40 miles of running per week + 5 days of strength training. Yeaaaa man, that's what it takes for me. I'm a solid gal that can easily hold on to stubborn body fat and maintain muscle without thinking twice so my efforts to leaning my body out come with a hefty price tag; a strict diet (not eating less, just eating the right foods at the right time!) and loads of cardiovascular activity. Ayee, it is what it is. So to all the folks that like to say Oh it's just her genetics, nah bruv, it's hard freakin' constant workkkk! . Although I don't carry a body this lean today I love that I've been able to learn my body and how it responds to different types of training and eating habits. If I lift super duper heavy and minimize my cardio I can bulk like no other (Samoan genes 😜) but if I drop the weight and significantly increase my repetitions, as well as my cardio efforts both morning and night I can lean out. This is imperative, that you LEARN YOUR BODY and make necessary adjustments to meet your goals. #NoExcuses #ThickThighsSaveLives #tbt
