武漢市一小時經濟圈經濟效應研究(任務書,開題報告,論文13000字)
【摘要】武漢作為全國大中心城市之一，正帶領著全省經濟社會的發展。增強區域性中心城市的經濟實力，完善中心城市的功能，擴大其承載能力，形成區域特色，促進區域經濟的發展。其他的中小城市不僅要增強經濟實力，還應注重提高建設質量。重點發展武漢市的縣城與條件較好的少數建制鎮，積極穩妥的發展小城鎮，按市場經濟的辦法建設和管理城市并深化城市管理體制改革。加強對中小城市與小城鎮戶籍管理制度的改革，消除政策性障礙，盡可能促進各類生產要素合理流動。武漢市縣城經濟是全省綜合經濟實力的重要體現，持續發展大中城市，堅持發展民營經濟、發展特色工業、吸引內外資、發展農副產品加工業與勞動密集型產業，著力抓好縣城經濟的發展，同時堅持開發式扶貧方針，盡快解決尚未脫貧群眾的溫飽問題，鞏固脫貧成果，加強革命老區與貧困地區的經濟建設。在2012年7月25日，國務院總理溫家寶主持召開國務院常務會議，研究部署實施促進中部地區崛起戰略。
本文內容共5章，第1章是緒論部分,對本文的研究背景研究意義及論文的國內外文獻的綜述,為文章后續研究做理論基礎。第2章對本文相關理論進行了闡述，以更好的理解本文的研究主旨。第3章詳細研究武漢市一小時經濟圈的經濟效應的益處，包括對武漢市發展的優勢以及對周邊不發達城市的發展的帶動作用。第4章是研究了武漢一小時經濟圈帶來的挑戰和應對策略，主要包括各城市間的政府管理、對“圈內城市”的挑戰和對“圈外城市”的挑戰三個大方面。應對策略方面應該做好市場對接，鼓勵發展區域經濟一體化，通過科學規劃走可持續發展道路。文章的研究結論對國內城市經濟圈的發展起到一定的總結和建議作用，并針對本文的研究不足對后續研究提出建議。

Study on Economic Effect of One Hour Economic Circle in Wuhan
【Abstract】Wuhan, as one of the national large central cities, is the province's leading economic and social development. Xiangyang, Huangshi, Yichang, Jingzhou, Shiyan and other regional central cities to enhance economic strength, improve the urban functions, expand the carrying capacity, the formation of regional characteristics, promote regional economic development. Other small and medium-sized cities should strive to do better, while constantly enhancing economic strength, efforts to improve the quality of construction. Deepen the reform of urban management system, according to the market economy approach to building and managing the city. Taking the Opportunity of Western Development as an Opportunity to Promote the All - round Development of Economy and Society in Ethnic Areas. December 14, 2007, Hubei, Hunan provinces received the formal approval of the State Development and Reform Commission, the State Council approved the Wuhan city circle and the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group to become a national resource-saving and environment-friendly society comprehensive reform pilot area.
The first chapter is the introduction part, which summarizes the significance of this research background and the domestic and foreign literatures, and makes the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study. In chapter 2, the related theories are explained to better understand the research purpose of this paper. Chapter 3 examines in detail the economic benefits of the one-hour economic circle in Wuhan, including the advantages of Wuhan's development and the impetus for the development of surrounding underdeveloped cities. The fourth chapter studies the challenges and strategies of the one-hour economic circle in Wuhan, including the management of the cities, the challenge to the "inner circle city" and the challenge to the "outskirts city". Coping strategies should be market docking, encourage the development of regional economic integration, through scientific planning and sustainable development path. The conclusion of this paper will give a summary and suggestion to the development of domestic urban economic circle, and provide suggestions for the follow - up research on this issue.
